- Move files for `/tv/live/[id]` route into a dedicated directory structure.
- Introduce Shaka player decoder for HLS playback.
- Remove deprecated FLV decoder (mpegts.js).
- Add basic chat page placeholder.
- Improve cleanup logic for decoder instances.
